Our principles
Good quality apartments and good value prices
� Flexible rental periods from 1 month to 12 months, the majority of our students take out 3 to 5 month, one semester contracts, 8 to 10 month, 2 semester contracts or 1+ years contracts. You pay for only the time you stay.
� All inclusive prices with measured limits set on gas and electric, a fair pricing model meaning we manage all the utility companies and paperwork (heating, electric, water, condo fees, TV and wifi internet).
� Typical prices would be
300 to 400 euro per month for a one bed or studio apartment,
500 to 700 euro for a 2 bed apartment,
750 to 1000 euro for a 3 bed apartment,
1000 to 1200 euro for a 4 bed apartment.
� To always return your deposits only charging for cleaning and any damage, in 90% of cases we return full deposit.
� We work on trust and reputation, treating our clients in a service oriented business manner with a full team of maintenance people to quickly solve any problems such as blocked drains, faulty heaters, lost keys, broken windows etc.
